Returns and Refund Policy

Terms and conditions:

For your information please be aware that pictures are part of the description. Buyer pays return shipping, unless item is not as described.
We endeavour to send your order within 2 business days.

Occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control items may be not available.

Remorse returns: If you decide you don't the like the item we will issue a refund on receipt of the item, but buyer pays return postage and a £15 administration cost.

Inform us If your item has failed to arrive within 1 week from dispatch date as you may not get a refund or replacement.

International post – please ask cost to ship.

All goods are checked before dispatch.

We reserve the right to repair items free of charge that are older than 30 days up to 6 months for jewellery items.  Watches purchased over 30 days please refer to manufactures guarantee.

You are accepting these terms and conditions if you purchase from us. 

We will usually dispatch within 2 working days


We issue refunds, replacements or repairs for all goods that are faulty, unsatisfactory quality and/or not as described within a 30 day turnaround sent back to us from receipt of your item. This does not effect your statutory rights.

Damaged/Lost in post:

Generally we do not offer discounts on items that are reported damaged on arrival. Please provide PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE AND FULL DESCRIPTION of damage including the outside packaging on initial contact.  Return your item/s WITHIN 30 DAYS.  We will refund you after satisfactory assessment of your goods. A refund will be issued within 2 days of receipt or we will contact you if we have a query. Please contact us if you have not heard from us within a week of returning your item. 

Sorry but we cant issue refunds after the 14 day time limit for items lost in post.

Buyer is responsible for return costs for faulty goods, but we will refund your purchase cost  and return postage, if after assessment the item is in its original condition, undamaged, untarnished and in the original packaging.

Pack very well to prevent damage in post. Please note: if damage is caused because wrapping was insufficient and damage has occurred as a result this is deemed your responsibility and therefore a refund/replacement will not be granted.

Return with a safe and secure shipping method via tracked package.
